Well said, Nancy. I turned 60 on May 23, 41 years post-injury. Day to day is exactly right. Not to be a sad-sack, but sometimes I wish that day would hurry up and get here. And I agree, both Daves were great guys.

He was a wonderful man and great source of information. Dave was injured one year before I was, I don't remember how old he was, but I remember that he had a wife, children and grandchildren just like me. I will be 60 in May and 44 years post in June. I now live day to day, hour by hour, minute by minute. I have never appreciated life like I do now. I know my turn will come one day.
