Love it, we'll try to think more Joan From: Don Price [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, May 30, 2012 12:32 PM To: quadlist Subject: [QUAD-L] Quad Dictionary Time for a little humor. You may have heard of the Urban Dictionary <http://www.urbandictionary.com/> ? Well, I'm going to start the Quad Dictionary. :) This will be meant purely as a humorous collection, but we all know the best jokes are funny because they hold some truth. Here are a few examples I came up with: Receipt [noun]: A small piece of paper, indicating a transaction, that quickly ends up on the floor of a quad's vehicle. Top-Shelf [adj.]: Everything a quad wants at the grocery store. (see also Out-of-Reach and Taunting) Motorewwla [noun]: The nasty, gunky mix of dirt, grime and hair that magically accumulates on the top of my powerchair motors. Wind [noun]: An atmospheric phenomenon that separates a quad from his/her lap contents. OK, they're not my best, but you get the idea. Please feel free to share a few quad definitions with the group, or send the directly to me at [email protected] I'll be collecting them from my other quad friends and if I get enough I'll publish them (with credit, when possible.)
