Sometimes, when I am in too much pain to do anythinug, listening to an audio
book is a way to distract myself. Also, when I'm doing good, I can listen to a
book on tape while I sit and try to clean something. Otherwise, if I read a
book, I don't get  much done because I am unable to leave a good book.

I’ve tried audio books, but I just can’t follow along that long. I have been
listening to old radio shows. They are usually 30-60 minutes long, so it’s
much easier. 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, Superman, Horatio Hornblower, Dragnet,
Gunsmoke, The Shadow, Flash Gordon, etc. I put them on my MP3 player and my
Kindle. http://www.oldradioworld.com/
