Yes thanks Danny. I also know how dependent on this job she is. Which is why I 
haven't fired her and I'm trying to compromise by creating a list of duties. It 
is partially my fault for becoming too friendly. 
Thanks everyone for the advice. I will amend the phone rules slighty.
