Years ago our city had a balloon festival. One balloon they had was chair 
accessible.
A guy came up to me and told me he could take my up tomorrow.
I went up early afternoon and was 5 minutes late, they all were bout of fuel.
It was a lift more than a ride anyway. They just tethered you up.
But it would have been fun.
