Yes its scary.  Its scares me sometimes  (smiling)  Along  the way I've met 
some really good people who think as I do and available when  needed.

me if I'm wrong, but I thought you had a Pride chair... if so, have  your 
tech call Quantum Service at 800-800-8586, from YOUR phone for live  tech 
assistance.  If you or the tech are still not happy... call the  same number 
and

Today my  supplier replaced my potentiometer but now I can only move to and 
fro if the  chair is all the way up-right … as a quad I don't have balance 
enough to  move about. The repair guy had to call tech support to know how 
to replace  the part. I have a call in to the company to call me very first 
thing in the  morning to adjust the potentiometer. Shouldn't they have done 
that when they  replaced it? Can it be adjusted with me in the  chair?
