46 years post SCI and no spasms. I had a procedure in 1968 called an alcohol block. Prior to the procedure spasms were so bad I was forced to lay in a fetal position. After, my legs relaxed and no more spasms, but if a cure were found today to regenerate the spine there would be not chance of reversing below the injection point. No spasms, but I did get one heck of a hangover.
