Stop opiates and eat marijuana cookies/brownies. They last 6 to 8 hours and aren't addictive. At least as good with pain and the side effects are you watching cartoons. BW, john

I normally suffer from loose stools, but I still need copious amounts of digital stimulation. And my rear end suffers from the pain also. I did get some relief from hemorrhoid creams. As far as trying to keep the stool have had success with Miralax and mineral oil. Usually whenever I'm having some problems it's due to my taking a little too many Lactaid. I am extremely lactose intolerant and do great when it right stayaway from dairy, but that's not always possible. I have found Enemeez doesn't work well when I have constipation issues. I ended up having to go back using the magic bullets. I am willing to try them again, now that my bowels are a little more regular. The latest electable. I'm having a hell of time with my new buddy microphone. The one I used on my laptop is pretty decent, but the one I'm using on my desk works well one day and not so well the next day. I need to get used to speaking without moving my head too much.
