I can't even begin to imagine. Is the Red Cross able to help you with equipment 
and supplies? If you feel that the relief efforts aren't geared toward your 
safety and needs as a quad, just say the word- there are people on this list 
who can raise hell and I've got quite a network of quads and their families in 
my state who will stand up for our northern cousins. 

Mainly what I'm saying is, you're not alone in this. We may not be experiencing 
it, but we care and can empathize with you. If there is anything I can do, 
please let me know.
