Thanks for the feedback. As far as the vinegar goes, I do try to take vinegar on my BC days. For some reason the vinegar makes my bowels feel as if I need to go to the bathroom.
I already drink enormous amounts of water. In fact, I'm no I can't take into much more because then my electrolytes would go wacky. I'm already taking three 5 mg tablets of sodium a day in order to keep my sodium level up. Yes I have been checked for diabetes numerous times. I just have a thirst that is difficult to control. :-) Thanks again. I am trying to vinegar and doing as much as possible.
