Mandatory Budget Cuts are in place that will slash the budget drastically. Those affect by these budget cuts are some of the members here. Also those attending colleges and those receiving entitlements. We are also affected by the economy of the rest of this world. I don't like it but I know it is. Yes, you are correct-- i just saw on the news that America is spending 73 percent of our entire GDP (gross national product ) just on our defecit and interest payments alone. If Obama and congress don't begin to act seriously and soon, we are headed for financial collapse. I googled that fact and it was True. Obama made a promise that in his 1st 4 year term he would cut our defecit in half---- (man was he wrong, because he added almost 6 more trillion in debt ) They said some major changes have to start by the years end. I sure hope they begin working together to save this great nation !
