oh, i believe you! but i wouldn't waste calories on chips and dip with all
the other goodies we don't see through the year. i wouldn't even have a
beer. it bloats me....gotta save room!
happy thanksgiving to you & yours and everyone else!!

Oh, its true. (you read it on the internet) The calories begin long
before the turkey is done and sliced. Those little things we all consumer
while the Turkey is getting sun tan in the oven. The crackers n cheese, the
spinach dip and did I almost forget those extra jumbo shrimp n dip? The
potato chips and pretzels and dips (again). The 4500 calories is merely an
average... it could be more for some and much less for others. It should be
fun with foods this special family holiday. Toasts!
Best Wishes

thinking...how can i possibly work off 4500 calories when i can't move? i'll
only
have turkey/gravy (white meat) & go straight for the pumkin pie. i forgot
stuffing.

It was announced on the tv this morning that on T-Day, people tend to
consumer around 4500 calories on this special day. Some think its about the
food, others the spirits, but in the end, its about the family unit and
together'ness.

Hi All,
I was wondering what everybody is doing for Thanksgiving? I'm in bed, but
believe I'll be able to be up at least for Thanksgiving ....... But I know
I'll be all pooped out from being in bed.
My brother in-law always comes down, from 1 hour west, and the 3 of us go
out to eat to either a dinner or Chinese. "A Christmas Story"
((((HUGS)))). Bobbie
