W, Do you recognize what these parts. My Doctor's office called and said my NEW w/c supplier needed an RX for these repairs, but I don't know what they are for. I asked my Doctor to ALWAYS call before authorizing ANYTHING. My old W/C supplier was going to ORDER a BRAND NEW chair before I was ready, they went behind my back to get atomization from my Doctor AND my insurance company.
