Wish I could take the high road and say I've never thought that way, but some 
days it just seems like an appropriate punishment fo so many transgretions.

I actually have thought, if it were cost effective, to sever the convicted 
criminal’s spinal cord as punishment
for significant crimes.

  Nan, that's a great idea ...... except the bracelet might give him a 
pressure sore.  Perhaps a indwelling cath that clogs every month without 
notice and he has to wait until Mondays to change it.
