Do you guys remember a few years ago an eye doctor in California was offering free laser surgery to quads? As I recall, he was trying to make it a nationwide group of doctors who would treat quads for free. I haven't heard anything about it now for quite some time. Does this ring a bell for anyone or have I had too much eggnog? I could sure use the service because I am extremely nearsighted.
