Everyone's suggestion are right on target. I take MucinexD twice a day and Benadryl three times a day! Reno is exceedingly dry - indoor humidity right now is 15 percent and we do not have central heating, but use a wood stove. My Dr. Suggested trying the above, and this year I have been very fortunate not to have gotten that dry cough and sinus drainage. Good luck. Joan
