I try to stay up on my flu and pneumonia shots. I caught both back in the '90's
and thought I was going to die. For the last three days I have been fighting a
bug of some kind: nausea, neck and shoulder pain, constant stomach muscle
spasms at night that take my breath away, no appetite. I sat up in my chair all
night Wednesday. I haven't been able to throw up this time but I have in the
past. It just about kills me. I thought it was a bladder infection, but cipro
hasn't helped much. Try to stay well, gang. It's a rough time to be a quad.
