I had a GP who ALWAYS made everybody wait 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Anyway, I went to him knowing I was going through menopause. I was only
49 but the women in my family all went through it quite early … fine
with me, no more bleeding as a Quad. TMI for you guys maybe.
After waiting 1 hour I go to see if he can RX me some hormone meds
to combat my multiple symptoms. He's the conversation below;
"What's up?"
"I think I'm going through menopause."
"How old are you?"
"40"
"LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL." And never returned
He literally laughed out loud, in my face and walked out of the exam
room.
I went to the front desk, asked the staff to give me my entire file.
They did. I turned around and told everybody what just happened and
walked out.
I now have a very young GREAT GP. Bobbie
