Hell yeah to the good old days! Being dragged through the sand in my
wheelchair about midnight, tipping out next to a hot guy!! Going through every
restaurant's kitchen because the public entrance wasn't accessible. Having
my BFF in HS pop a wheelie down a flight of stairs only to slip on the
last tread and flip my legs over my head so the biggest, hottest jock in
school saw my underwear <gasp!>. Bar hopping one night and getting the town
cop
to lift me into bed so we didn't wake my Dad... "Those were the days my
friends...".

You are so lucky to have Pete. I am just now finally phasing Kip out of my
life. He can't lift anymore and I'm tired of his "but I still love you,
you're still my WIFE, even though I never come around, take you anywhere and
do everything w/ my 24 year old boyfriend..." BS. I've had it with his "I
need money and you owe it to me because of all I've done" (says the man who
squandered away my trust fund). I've had enough of his negativity and
verbal abuse. I'm done. I'm Free!!

In June it will be 45 years. Here's to whatever comes next!!!

Nan

40 years for me in April! I remember "cut curbs" were people's driveways.
I feel like me, Tom, Nan, Shierly and a few more were "trail blazer's."
being carried up stairs into a bar to go dancing by the bouncer's. EVERYBODY
in store's staring as if I had 2 heads. Soooooo many people would say "What
a shame ….. Your so pretty." Whst the Hell is that so pose to mean? It's
been real, not boring. I'm extremly grateful for having Pete in my life for
30 years now … he's my rock. Bobbie

42 years for me c 6/7 from a mva-what do i remember-things now are so much
better but the fun, exploration, setting the bar for the next 'generation'
is not too bad. we weren't supposed tobe around this long, hahaha

Time goes by so very very fast. My teenage years are still clear as a bell
to me. The ones since then, not so much. I can't fathom what they meant or
why. My family has been my reason for going on all these years. I am in
year 42 after being hurt at 19. Right now, I am taking a day at a time. The
next ten years are just too uncertain to contemplate.
