Yes I am familiar with that car, from Hungry.  It might go 45 mph  with a 
strong 50 mph tail wind. (smiling).  Its a car for para, rather  then quads.  
It could be years before the vehicle goes into production as  the European 
Engine must pass our emission standards, and crash tested if it  is truly 
road worthy.

My neighbor watched a show on the Speed network about this small  car that 
just holds a wheelchair that you drive from. It only goes about 45  mph. He 
didn't know the name of the show that he saw it on. It has a waiting  list 
for this car. Does anyone know what he is talking about?  Thanks.
