I tried to send an email before  when someone asked if anyone had any weight
loss tips but at the time I was unable to send anything to the Quad-List. 

 

I have lost 45 pounds by significantly lowering my calorie intake.

 

I've been losing weight since I started trying back in December by only
changing a few things.

1.            I stopped drinking everything but water and crystal lite.

2.            I now eat more often and in small portions.

3.            I try not to have many simple sugars "candy, soda, most
deserts" in my diet.

4.            I try not to eat any drive-through and very little fast food

You should do everything in your power to Start your metabolism up as soon
as you wake up and keep it going throughout the day.
