[QUAD-L] cell phone easy for quad

What cell phones are out their that is easiest for quads with arm/wrist 
function?
My friend likes voice control with iphone.

I have an "18th century" nokia basic cell phone. I'm thinking of going 
to smart phone even though I do not need internet since I'm buy a 
computer most of the day.
