Depends much on what you are signing. A receipt form or an Acceptance
Form. A receipt acknowledges that you received something. An acceptance
form means that you have accepted the chair as is and all is ok. It can state
that by your acceptance that the supplier can begin collecting the monthly
rent. Acceptance mean nothing further must be done. Attorneys rarely
deliver wheelchairs, so the person who delivers that chair may just say, all
is
ok.. just sign here. Make you that you receive a copy of all papers the
day you sign.
I would consider doing a road test and maybe an off-road test, both forward
and backwards. Test the suspension with one wheel on a flat surface and
the other wheel on grass or a soft surface. Make sure there are no loose
wires hanging ... anywhere. Your provider should have charged the batteries
long before you see or touch the chair. I also recommend bring the
Occupational Therapist that evaluated you to make sure that everything is
functional and included in the package that were order.
Enjoy
Best Wishes

Hi All,
I'm going to be picking up my Quantum chair and I wanted to know what I
should and shouldn't do before I sign.
