I'm using version 12 and haven't had a lot of success with the Internet commands myself. I typically use a trackball instead of relying on the verbal commands. Version 12 is more accurate when it comes to dictation, but I don't think it does as well with Internet Explorer or Firefox.
If you say "what can I say" it will give you an idea of the commands you can use within Internet Explorer or Firefox. There also should be some helpful tips within NaturallySpeaking that can help you out. Good luck.
