Hi All,
Well, I finally got my new Quantum Edge/Motion Concept chair today. I
was only in it a few hours but it seams EXTREMELY comfortable. It's like it was
built just for me - LOL. Steve, the man (mid 30s)who delivered the chair is
going to be my repair person who is assigned to me. He was obnoxious, rude and
arrogant. The only plus is that he know what he's talking about. Hopefully I
won't need him to often.
But he is returning Monday to fix the arm rests the way that was planned all
along. They said on the phone that it will be done before it's delivered. I did
sign, I almost didn't because of the arm rests. But it's such a small thing.
The thing with the arm rests is I put the back of my hand on the outside of
the arm rest to reach over for various things and with the arm rest slightly
padded, it protects my hand from getting scratches and cuts. I explained this
to them right from the get-go. It just burns my butt that this detail was
overlooked. Like the shoe holders were forgotten about. Little - pain in the
ass things to them - but everyday BIG things to me.
It's like the pebble is not in their shoe. Bobbie
