It feels good and relieves head/neck tension, but otherwise no other

it'd work unless you're mostly incomplete. Any input?

My massage girl and my nephew have done craniosacral massage therapy with
me before. I just lay flat on the bed and she talked her fingers up under

I've been hearing a lot about Craniosacral Therapy [CST] lately. I never
heard of it until recently, but we're having a CST workshop here soon so I
signed up to learn more.

I'm a natural born skeptic, and from what I've heard and read about this
alternative therapy, which involves light touch of the head to sense the
body's flow, I have to admit they'll have a hard time making a believer of me.

I'm trying to be more open-minded, so please tell me if any of you have
done CST. I'll report back with my experience.

Don.
