Mine has turned purple in a couple of occasions and I figured it was because I
drank wine.

that has happened to me twice both times were years ago, the nurses and doctors
were amazed but did not know what it was, back then I had had a lot of bladder
infections, most times had bad cases of pseudamonas. We never did find out what
caused the tube and bag to turn blue. After having a very large bladder stone
removed about 6 years ago, I have done much better. (have never had the blue
come back)...so not sure if it was infection or antibiotics or what caused
it.--------if you have an indwelling catheter like me, you should probably
flush and put in new catheter and bag. Dan H. **

Has anyone besides me had their leg bag turn blue? It’s happened before and
just curious if anyone knows what causes it. I’ve been told pseudomonas
bacteria but I’m not symptomatic for a UTI. Nicki
