Bobbie, I am familiar with Tote's and how they are used.  I also know  that 
if you had requested a free one from Pride when your chair was ordered, you 
 would have it by now.  Now you have to pay for it.  It says Pride on  it.  
A Tote, in some cases, can not be functional if it cramps for  space.  Or 
if its too large and easily damaged as one passes thru door  ways.  Keep in 
mind, I was suggesting.
