The free electric wheel chair a.k.a the hoveround, I still see ads on t.v. now 
and then.  Their offering back and knee braces now useng the same m.o.

I think the new policy will continue to evolve as Disney Properties gain 
direction and continuing feedback.  This smells of the same thing as the 
"Free Electric Wheelchair Program"  How many years did it take for the 
Government to clamp down on the abuses.
