All of the "wheelchair" clothing store I've seen are a huge rip-off.  Go to
big & tall stores for longer shirts you can slit the sides and leave back
long while shortening the front. Poncho's for rain/warmth. (i.e-
http://www.ebay.com/bhp/mens-poncho )  You can get two poncho's and
"modify" one for your legs.
