When I am lying on my back in bed, my pants seem four sizes too big. When I sit
up they become tight. The old flabby quad gut just rolls out there like the
Pillsbury  doughboy! My pants are 42 in. waistline. I'm scrawny as a stick man
everywhere else.  Were I standing, I would look like a pregnant tobacco stick.

I recently did mine was 33 1/2 inches. it's hard to know your weight when you
don't know the weight of my present chair to deduct from the total.
