I talked with my tech contact at Invacare this afternoon about the recall. Out of the thousands of joysticks in the market place, only 4 have failed, causing some chairs to jump, roll and do the Hokie Pokie. No one has been injured or hurt. To error on the safe side Invacare has chosen to replace all within a given Serial Number Range would be replaced without question.
