Hey brother,
I believe what you have is an impingement of the shoulder. I think I have
that correct spelling. I was shown some simple exercises to relieve this and it
has worked for me. Its from overuse in one form or another. To put your mind at
ease, first get a ct scan to make sure you have no rotator cup damage. Then
make an apt with a therapist that can show you the exercises to relieve
pressure. You might want to look on the net, its so simple of an exercise. Get
a swanson catalog and order glucosamine, chondroitin and msm capsules. A pt
therapist explained to me how a person that's paralyzed overuses parts of the
shoulder and either doesn't use or cant move the rest of it. He told me to more
I exercised all the heads and angles of the shoulder the less problems I would
have. I repeat as long as you don't have a tear its correctable.

Subject: [QUAD-L] One more crisis

Here is my current crisis. My shoulder joints have become so sore I can't sleep
on them. Even worse, my right shoulder will lock when I'm trying to turn the
steering wheel. Not good, even a little bit. Anybody else have such a problem?
I'm getting afraid to drive.
