I have some things to throw out concerning the subject. Make sure your
attendants aren't shoving sharp long nails down there. Miralax will help you to
some extent. You have the right idea, find a way to get checked into the
hospital to evaluate your rectum. Then all the specialists are right there an
can give your options to you. Back in 01 when I started having pain I went in
to the hospital and got my colonoscopy done and they did scans and evaluated
the pain, offered drugs as well. People have no clue that we cant get on tables
and a proper examination is impossible unless you have a person that can lift
you up on the table.  I just told all my docs the situation and they helped me
get in the hospital. Im not sure how people do proper bowell routines without
digital stim. If you get some hard stool packed in there its never coming out
anytme soon. You would have to run the program so your bowels are so loose you
would go everytime you bent over.

I take fibercon twice a day plus colace twice a day. never tried miralax and we
don’t do digital stim (we push around anus which i’m sure doesn’t help but has
worked).
how much miralax do you take?  I’m pretty sure my rear is prolapsing……….way
beyond hemorroids
