I tried an Aquila cushion and sent it back because the bladders kept deflating. This was when it was new to the market, however and may be a very good product now. If anyone tries one, I'd like to hear about it!
I have also tried the Quatro. I had problems with sores caused by the seams where the four chambers meet. I was really disappointed that it didn't work out because I have scoliosis and sit harder on one side - it sounded so promising. I have had the best success with the high profile Roho. I've been sitting for nearly 46 years and my skin is super fragile. As long as it has just the right amount of air in it, I can sit all day. If I lose air it is very hard to 'tweek' it back. When that happens I really need another pressure mapping and sometimes it's a big hassle because of my insurance. It works though ... when will they figure out that prevention is cheaper than fixing?
