I've been dealing with pain issues for the last couple weeks myself. I normally don't have significant pain and when I do, I think of you guys to have a perpetually. My problem normally only develops when it's cold and wet in combination with a problem with my lateral support on my right side. My brother tried moving the lateral out last night and it didn't seem to help initially, but the pain is back. I'm using one of those pads you put on there to put heat on it and I does help a little. I'm trying my best to avoid using pain pills if it all possible.
I live in central Florida and I don't know how you guys up north handle the cold. I'm having a problem today and it's 67°. Whenever it goes into the 50s during the day it really gives me fits because I have to wear more clothing and that pushes harder on the shoulder. It's once again because of the lateral support.
