I sleep with two thin pillows under my head and one pillow covering my head
[keeps it warm, dark and quiet.] I know I'm weird.

I start out on my back and turn side to side during the night. I mounted a grab
bar on the wall next to my bed about three inches above the bed. I'm able to
slide my hand underneath it and using my biceps I can get to my elbows and turn
myself. Works like a charm for me!

I also sleep on 2 pillows, the top one has an indentation in the middle like a
hole where your head fits. You can find them online and in Sleep and healthcare
catalogs. Also Amazon, Works the best for me.

I do, but it's well broke in and I like it one way although I can use it
flipped over it's not as comfy.

Just curious. How many of you sleep with a pillow behind your head when you
sleep on your back? I can't it hurts my neck to much.
But when I sleep on my side I need a VERY thick pillow to support my neck.
