I posted and have bought 5 of them from ebay. They are extra special because they rotate 360 degrees in the center to allow you to mount on any 1 inch tube on a wheelchair regardless of angle. most light holders don't have the 360 degree rotation capability. You will like it if you buy it. peace, I think I paid like 1.50 each with free shipping but I waited a month for shipping and mine didn't include a light, but you can get the led lights to go in the holder anywhere.
