Sorry about the late response per Peristeen. Yes, it is available in the USA, it was approved by the FDA in late 2012. You can't just "order as system and try it", first you need to go to a training session lead by a nurse, nurse practioner or Dr.--it is a very simple system to use, but everybody's system is different, requires different amounts of water to empty, different "pumps of the balloon" to stay in the rectum etc.--hence a traning session.
