If I needed help from a neighbor that often, I'd do everything I could to make it as easy on them as I could. I'd try to be on their schedule. I would for sure not go out late having fun knowing it would be harder on my nice neighbors. I'm sorry for her, but she needs to change her lifestyle until she gets everything together.
