Hi All,

I wrote a column on dealing with swelling and edema for New Mobility.
It is an issue I've been dealing with for years--I always sleep with my
legs elevated under a few pillows, this has the added benefit of protecting
my heels as I let my feet/heels hang over the pillows.

Here is the link to my New Mobility article on Edema.  By the way, can get
New Mobility for free  by joining United Spinal.  The magazine
is also available online for free:  www.newmobility.com

Llink to New Mobility Edema article: www.newmobility.com/2011/07/managing-edema/

Link to join United Spinal Organization (also free) and get New Mobility sent
to your house
for free:  www.unitedspinal.org/join-united-spinal-association/

All the best!

I have this foot massager which works great for my swollen feet, it was
