the video. There is nothing more degrading than to have an able  bodied 
individual push you out of your chair and then cuss you. Its a terrible  thing, 
hard to think of something comparable you could do to an able bodied

agreed. They wanted to fire him, but the civil board decided  on a 30 day 
suspension and one year of probation.
