Tom, my wife has some heart issues and has a hard time using the manual pump. Does Roho make an electric air pump for cushions?

You could always let a little bit of air out of the cushion during flight if you find it gets more firm than you would like. If you go on a private plane with a cabin that is not pressurized, you would absolutely require an adjustment to your ROHO Cushion in flight. Otherwise at an altitude approaching 10,000 feet your ROHO Cushion would be more like a big balloon!
