[QUAD-L] Price on used set of power chair wheels and tires

I wanted to get a set of solid tires for the rear of my quickie p222 power 
chair. Found a good used set of rear solid tires on rims for 75.00 shipped. 
Tread was 90 percent. You guys think that is a fair price???
