What works for me and my Quadtro Roho is to open all the valves and over fill
it. Then disconnect it and let it rest wide open. Before putting any pressure
on it, I close the air valve. Then after sitting on it, I close the front quad
valve. I always have a hand slide under me to make sure I don't bottom out.
Tip... have them put their hand in a plastic bag before sliding their hand
under you. It make the hand slide easier. My rehab guy told me these. Always
check you are not bottoming out. Every cushion is different. And I was told to
always have an inch thick foam pad under the Roho just incase you bottom out or
it goes flat.
