I transfer into the drivers seat into my Dodge Caravan. After I use the ramp to get into the van the seat slides back and then swivels and I can transfer into the seat, swivel back, slide the seat forward and drive with hand controls. My wheelchair stays in the van so I can use it. With the F150 truck, what do you do with your chair? Rose In a message dated 11/18/2014 9:13:36 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, [email protected] writes:
powered transfer seats have been around for decades, for passenger seating. I see them being used in some Taxi Cabs in Chicago. Best Wishes In a message dated 11/18/2014 8:09:54 A.M. Looking at something called Freedom Sciences Model 3100, but would need to be for the passenger side. Here's a video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2bR54o55js
