You have the right to discharge aids and nurses at anytime.  No warning.  
Interview other companies and private duty aids and nurses alot. Have your case 
manager give you lists of every possibility in your area.  Make your own list 
of your needs and wants.  Find people who want weekends. 
If you have a lot of people working with you,  it's easier to get one to fill 
in when someone needs off, and that is going to happen.

HELLO I NEED SOME GUIDENCE, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. THE LAST ONE I HAD MY MOM 
WORKED THEIR, SHE ENDED UP QUITING, AND LITTLE AFTER THAT THEY GAVE ME A 5 DAY 
DISCHARGE NOTICE. NOW I HAD GOT ANOTHER COMPANY AND IT JUST SO HAPPENED THAT 
THE NURSE I GOT WAS FROM THE LAST ONE. WELL MY MOM WAS THE PERSON THAT HAD TO 
FIRE HER. THEN RECENTLY THE NURSE CAME OVER AFTER WORK AND SAID SHE WAS GOING 
TO BEAT UP MY MOM, AND IF I DIDNT CALL HER SHE WAS GOING TO QUIT. I TOLD I 
WASNT CALLING HER I DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON SO SHE QUIT. THEN THE NEXT DAY 
THIS COMPANY GAVE ME A 5 DAY NOTICE. I CANT FIND ANOTHER ONE OR ANOTHER WAIVER 
MANAGER. IM RAISING MY DAUGHTER ON MY OWN  , I WAS TRYING TO GO TO SCHOOL. IF I 
CANT FIND ANYTHING IM GOING TO LOOSE EVERYTHING I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, ANYONE 
HAVE ANY IDEAS..
