I use it occasionally. I get only high quality unadulterated weed. You can find a good source (home grown is best). It helps with pain and definitely stops any spasticity cold.
Because most of us have compromised pulminary breathing problems, it is hard to get it into our bodies via smoke. Eating it, for me, is problematic because it takes too long to get into the bloodstream. I use an aroma therapy machine that cooks the weed at very high temp to extract the THC into a mist.
