Yep..I think you'll come through it Quadius, I used to have anxiety attacks 
years ago....never have them anymore, thank God. And yes don't read much of 
those dark novels....there are so many that are inspirational and lift ones 
spirit and helps bring out positive thoughts !  Dan H**

milestone. I myself am about three months away from 20 years and while the last 
year has been kind of a bummer and I have been battling a bad shoulder/neck 
injury over the last four weeks, I am positive I will overcome this and get

I know, sometimes I have never ending sentences. I guess that's just what 
stream of thought does.

Been dealing with some anxiety problems, which I haven't had in more than 19 
years. Had to modify some of my television/movie viewing and the books I'm 
reading. It wasn't until I started having difficulty with anxiety/depression 
over the last couple of weeks that I realized how many really dark novels and 
books I read. Yikes! Getting ready to switch to something with a little more 
levity.
