Right now our Amazon distribution center is about 45 miles away, but they are moving to a new center about 5 miles away (their goes our leisurely country road just off from the freeway! J) and I buy a lot of things from Amazon as I get them deliver the next day usually without paying one day delivery. If nothing else, I use them as a cost basis when I searched the Internet.
I change my password about every three months because I have a credit card attached to my account, and although I have never had my identity stolen a friend of mine did and it was absolutely horrendous. I took a class on identity theft of the local community college and they recommended changing passwords every three months and for accounts that were connected with a credit card to use at least eight letters, numbers, and special symbols. It usually takes me no more than 3 minutes to check out. Hopefully you will get your issues resolved soon.
